CAPS runs from Grade R to Grade 12. Cambridge runs from Primary to A Level. Special Needs CAPS covers Grade R to 12, the purpose-built Special Needs programme runs to Grade 10, and Remedial CAPS covers Grade R to 9.
Yes. Learners completing Grade 12 through the CAPS pathway write the National Senior Certificate, issued by Umalusi, the same qualification written in public and private schools.
Yes. The CAPS, Special Needs and Remedial pathways are available in both English and Afrikaans.
