In 2026, we are making a commitment — not just in words, but in the systems, people, and processes we have put in place. Some of you experienced our growing pains in 2026. Slow responses. Inconsistent communication. Academic feedback that took longer than it should have. We listened. We built. And we are ready to show you the difference.

ACCOUNTABILITY — WE GOT IT WRONG, AND WE OWN IT
We prioritised enrolment numbers before we had fully built the systems to support them. That was wrong, and we are correcting it — with urgency, transparency, and accountability.
Here is what some of you experienced that was not acceptable:
- Slow query response times — Parents waiting days for answers to urgent questions about their child’s schooling.
- Inconsistent academic feedback — Assessment turnaround that varied too widely across subjects and grades.
- Communication gaps — Families unsure of who to contact, or feeling their concerns were not heard.
- Administrative delays — Report cards, invoices, and enrolment paperwork not processed with the speed you deserved.
We are not sharing this list to dwell on it. We are sharing it because naming the problem is the first step to solving it — and because you deserve to know that we listened.
