POPIA requests

You may contact the Information Officer to:

Ask whether SGEG holds personal information about you or your child.
Request access to relevant personal information.
Request correction or updating of inaccurate information.
Request deletion where SGEG is not required or entitled to retain the information.
Object to certain processing.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Raise a privacy concern or complaint.

Please provide enough information for us to verify your identity and process your request. SGEG will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

PAIA requests

Requests for access to records under the Promotion of Access to Information Act (“PAIA”) may be submitted to info@savinggraceeducation.co.za. A current PAIA Manual will be made available on request or linked here once published.
